Questions
Can I resize without changing the shape?
Yes. Keep Lock aspect ratio enabled. Editing width updates height and editing height updates width. Percentage mode scales both dimensions together.
Does enlargement add detail?
No. Allow enlargement is off by default. Increasing pixel dimensions cannot recover detail absent from the original.
What happens to transparency and metadata?
PNG and supported WebP preserve transparency; JPEG uses a white background. Re-encoding may remove metadata and change colors. Your image stays in this browser; no upload or account is required.
